Abstract

The expression of human defensine-6 (HD-6) gene was studied in transformed human cell lines of different histogenesis: A431 (epidermoid carcinoma), CAM (T-cell lymphoma), Molt-4 (T-cell lymphoma), KB (epidermoid carcinoma), HeLa (epithelioid carcinoma), Colo 320HSR (adenocarcinoma), U251 (glioblastoma). HD-6 gene expression was recorded by RT-PCR in all cell lines
