Клонування плазмідоподібних мітохондріальних ДНК кукурудзи та вивчення деяких властивостей отриманих рекомбінантних плазмід

Abstract

Отримано гібридні плазміди двох типів, що містять S1- і S2-послідовності мітохондріальних ДНК кукурудзи лінії ВІР 44МС. Перший тип включає фрагменти, а другий – повні послідовності з розгорнутими інвертованими повторами в центрі. Показано, що рекомбінантні плазміди другого типу не є APП-елементами для дріжджів. При введенні гібридних плазмід в інтактні рослини кукурудзи виявляються низькомолекулярні фракції в ДНК мітохондрій.
