Abstract

Во фракциях митохондрий печени крыс разного возраста (молодые – 3–4 месяца, взрослые – 6–8 месяцев, старые – 24–26 месяцев) определяли количество мтДНК и белков, кодируемых мтДНК и яДНК. Три фракции митохондрий с различными константами седиментации отличаются содержанием и соотношением мтДНК и белков. Такие же изменения наблюдаются с возрастом в каждой фракции митохондрий. У старых крыс они выражены больше, чем у взрослых. С возрастом также неравномерно изменяется абсолютное и относительное содержание фракций в единице массы печени. Обсуждаются механизмы, нарушающие координацию процессов репликации и экспрессии митохондриального генома.
