Abstract

The experimental results on the higher eukaryotic aminoaicyl-tRNA synthetases activity and properties in physiologic and pathologic states are summarized in present review. The correlation of protein biosynthesis level with aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase activity are discussed. The data on the stability of high-molecular-weight aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complexes under alterations of organism state are analysed.
