Abstract

Обнаружено, что влияние разных сочетаний трансформирующего фактора роста β (0,05–50 (нг/мл), эпидермального фактора роста (5 0 нг/мл) и инсулина (1 мкг/мл) на биосинтез ДНК в мышиных фибробластах линии Swiss-ЗТЗ существенно отличается при низкой и высокой плотности клеток в монослойной культуре.
