Abstract

Fat acids contents of alcohol extract of Botrytis allii Munn. mycelium was performed by gas-liquid chromatography. C18 and C20 unsaturated fat acids were shown to be present in the extract. Field experiments of the preparation contained the mixture of C18 unsaturated fat acids have confirmed a possibility to use them as biotic elicitors. The method to induce disease resistance in plants has been developed including a pretreatment of seeds by elicitors of defence reactions.
