Abstract

After introduction of human apo Al gene as in an expression vector into liver of adult and old rats we could reveal this human protein in the serum of the animals. Changes in HDL, HDL3 and HDL2 subfamilies its protein and lipid contents could be observed also. A higher apo Al gene expression was observed in adult young animals while old animals, showed greater differences in protein and lipid contents.
