Abstract

Восстановленный и карбоксиметилированный гранулин вируса гранулеза А. segetum расщепляли трипсином. При помощи гель-фильтрования, ионообменной хроматографии, высоковольтного электрофореза и хроматографии на бумаге выделено 22 пептида и установлена их полная или частичная аминокислотная последовательность. 18 пептидов с уникальной аминокислотной последовательностью насчитывают из остатков аминокислот, что составляет 47 % полипептидной цепи белка.
