Abstract

Предложен эффективный метод препаративного синтеза 2'- дезоксирибозилмочевины, включающий окисление 5'-О-защи­щенного тимидина перманганатом калия и щелочной гидролиз промежуточного тимидингликоля. Изучена возможность де­текции остатков мочевины в составе олигонуклеотидов.
