Abstract

Атомно-силовая микроскопия (ACM) использована для измерения силы адгезии между зондом и аминомодифицированной (АП) слюдой в водных растворах при различных значениях ионной силы и рН. Показана электростатическая природа сил взаимодействия между зондом АСМ и АП-слю­дой, которая может быть матрицей для иммобилизации ДНК
