Abstract

This review is devoted to Transfer Factor – natural immuno-modulator that influences on cell-mediated immunity. This component of low-molecular dialyzable leukocyte extract today is used as a stimulator of cell-mediated immune response in many diseases accompained by immiuwdeficites caused by bacterial, viral, fungal infections and. malignancy. At the same time the problem of its chemical structure and mechanisms of action is still not clear. Modem data on this field are analysed.
