Abstract

The different ways of the coloured probe preparation with the use of the metal complex comprising ethanol-amine-formaldehyde chains forming coordination bonds with silver ions have been discussed. The denaturated DNA. partially unwind with formaldehyde molecules, and the probe-template duplexes have been modified on the basis of the branching of oligomer chains already formed. The sensitivity of the detection of 10 % -modified Off A immobilized on nitrocellulose filters has reached dozens of picogramms.
