Abstract

The authors have elaborated technological approaches concerning preparative fractionation of phycobiliproteins – phycoerythrin from a microalga Porphyridium cruentum, and of phycocyanin from a cyanophyte alge Anabaena variabilis. The spectral properties of dyes obtained have been also investigated.
