Abstract

Several different approaches using gravimetric transducers based on quartz crystal for development of immu.no and chemo-biosensors are presented. Conditions for oscillation of piezocrystals in liquids are discussed and practical oscillator circuits, which ensure work in high viscosity medium are offered. The resonance method of gravimetrical measurement is shown to be advantageous in solution over the widely used conventional oscillation method. The results of model experiments confirm perspectivity of this method development for immunosensors creation.
