The structure of certain chymotryptic peptides of the Agrotis segetum granulosis virus granulin

Abstract
42 peptides comprising 267 amino acid residues were isolated from chymotryptic hydro-lyzate of the A. segetum granulosis virus granulin. 31 unique peptides comprise 198 amino acid residues and account for 85 % of the granulin polypeptide chain.
