Application of carbocyanine fluorescent probes for evaluation of the functional state of cell cultures after cryoconservation

Application of C2, C9 and JC-1 dyes for characterizing human fibroblast diploid cell line after cryoconservation was studied. It was shown that these probes might be used to monitor the functional state of cryocenserved cells.
