Deletion of the fifth exon of bcr/abl gene by acute lymphoblastic leukosis with Ph'chromosome

Sequencing of 3—8 exons of bcr/abl hybrid gene detected of 5th exon excision (IOS nucleotide) in patient with acute lymphoblastic leukosis with breakpoint in M-bcr. Possible role of such disturbance in development oh Ph' leukosis is discussed.
