Callus induction in mature corn embryos

Ways of increasing of totipotent callus induction for mature embryo corn inbred lines were investigated. Using mature embryos from mature corn grains of somaclonal varients of tested lines led to the increasing of callus formation, level. Best results we,-e obtained when casein kydrclysate was added to callus induction medium and 6-bnuylanu'rwpuriw; was added to regeneration- medium.
