The optimal condition.! were studied for the process of serum imniuwgiobiilins activity increasing using sharp shif' of pH or their Incubation with choc/tropic ions. It itas shown that this process strongly depends on thf temperature of inculcation. The influence of pH ,-ind. concentration of some salts on binding of polyreactive imnimoglobuJius (PRIG) to plate immobilised antigens were stuŽdied. The d(t!:a obtained show that electrostatic forces play an important role in the PRIG-Ag interaction. It was also shown, that not only serum immunoglabuUns, but fdso highspecific monoclonal anlib(xlie i could be transformed into PRIG using high or low pH, or cf.'.aotropic ions.
