L. B. Bondarenko, T. F. Bishovetz, G. A. Saifetdinova
In experiments on rats t/ie cytotoxic effects of CC14 on the mechanism of cells division have been first observed. It was accompanied with changes in 5'-nucleotidase activity and phospho lipid and cholesterol contents in serum and liver cells microsc. >M! fraction during CCl^-induced toxic hepatitis. II was shown that a-tocopherol short-chain derivative (opposite to vitamin E) treat¬ment increased 5'-nucleotidase activity and normalised pliospho-lipid and cholesterol contents in serum and liver cell microsoma! fraction.
