Virus discovery in Panax plants growing in Ukraine

The plants of ginseng (Panax ginseng), cultivated at Bojarka forest experimental station are seriously affected by viruses. The thread type 700 — JOOO ntn viruses were extracted, ft was established thur the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and cucumber mosaic virus (i'MVl arouse ginsengs pathology. It was proved that CM V may be transferred through seeds.
