Channeling in protein synthesis

Own and literature data concerning channeling of tRNA in euka-ryotic protein synthesis are reviewed. The hypothesis about the role of GDP ami GTP-bound forms of Ef-Ja in the transfer of tRNA along protein synthetic chain is proposed.
