Investigation of the primary structure of Penicillium vitalc catalase. 2. Tryptic peptides of maleilated catalase

The ammo acid sequence of 63 maleilated P. vitalc catalase tryptic peptides was determined. 40 peptides have non-overlapping amino acid sequences, comprising 650 amino acid residues, which make up 93 % of the polypeptide cliain based on the X-ray analysis data.
