Study of the ways of the working characteristics optimisation of potentiometric biosensors

Review dedicated to the own works that were done in the frame of collaboration between Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kiev State University and Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France). These investigations were directed on the detailed analysis of disadvantages and problems, connected with performance of potentiometric biosensors, and on the detailed study of the ways to solve these problems. There is an analysis of approaches for improvement of working characteristics of poten¬tiometric enzyme sensors in this review as well.
