Molecular basis of multiple myeloma

The review summarizes the recent data on molecular biology, immunology and cytogenetics of multiple myeloma. Different views on the beginning stage of B cells tumor transformation is analyzed. Tlie potential approach to further study of multiple myeloma is also disscussed.
