The primary structure of tRNA' from Thermus thermophilus

Sequences of two serine isoacceptor tRNAs from Thermus thermophilus, containing different anticodons have been studied. The homology of sequences is 60 %. The major differences have been found in anticodon and variable arms. Acceptor stems and T-arrns have the same structures and D-arms differ by^only'one base pair.
