Comparative analysis of immunology specific C-terminus region of cDNA for the capsid protein of the two new TVM strains

Two strains of TVM — TVM NT9 and TVM LE7 have been isolated from plants in regions with Cs nuclear contamination on apparently 12.6 and 11 ѳ/km2. Recombinant plasmids (pTVM9, pTVM9.5t pTVM7t pTVM7.5) containing cDNA of full genome and cDNA for C-end specific capsid protein region, correspond from each strain of isolated viruses, have been obtained. Sequencing analysis of capsid C-terminus cDNA of pTVM9.5 and pTVM7.5 revealed two conservative amino acid replacements at position 130, 148 for TVM NT9 strain and one nonconservative amino acid replacement at position 148 for TVM LE7 strain, which probably don't influence immunospecificity of isolated strains
