The authors have elaborated technological approaches concerning preparative fractionation of phycobiliproteins — phycoerythrinfrom a microalga Porphyridium cruentum, and of phycocyanin from a cyanophyte alge Anabaena variabilis. T/ie spectral properties of dyes obtained have been also investigated.
