Effect of the native e-DNA from the salt-resistant solanum, n-plasmid and pCAMVNEO and also the native and alkylated DNA from the same origins have been studied on the biosynthesis of chlorophylls and carotenoides in the yellow-leaves tobacco cultivar Krupnolystny 20. e-DNA and e-DNT was acted on the seeds. It has been shown that general action of the investigated e-DNA and e-DNT is increasing of the level of the chlorophylls content and growth of the ratio between green and yellow pigments in the leaves of the beginning to blossom plants of the first generation.
