INTERACTION BETWEEN FEEDER AND HUMAN BONE MARROW STROMAL PRECURSOR CELLS DURING CLONING
Summary
It has been studied interaction between feeder cells and human bone marrow colony forming units of fibroblasts (CFUf) during cloning in vitro. It has been determined that CFUf is sensitive to action of feeder only in 1—3 days after explantation. Nonadhesive fraction of bone marrow cells is responsible for feeder effect. Direct cell-cell interactions play the principal role in the influence of feeder on CFUf. In their absence bone marrow CFUf loses the ability to form the colony.
