ADHESIVE-INVASION CAMPYLOBACTERIA PROPERTIES OF DIFFERENT ORIGIN

Summary

Investigations were carried out on interweared cellular culture HEP-2. All investigated strains have owned of expressed ability of both adhesion and invasion. At the first period of microbes interaction with monolayer the adhesive indexes were over from 5,5+ ±0,3 in strain of EO to 10,6±0,7 in clinical isolate; in twenty-four hours after infection— 16,8±1,3 and 25,2±0,8 respectively. At the beginning, of investigation invasion index was over from 2,9+0,1 in strain of EO, to 5,1±1,4 in clinical isolate and at the end — 9,1±0,8 and 16,0±il,2 respectively. It was concluded about the presence of the infection risk factor among agricultural animals, poultry, and in EO.
