Summary

    The constructions with direct and inverse orientations of c-DNA interleukin 2 gene has been obtained by the use of commercial vector system (pET) created by W. Studier et al. for E. coli. The detection of biological activity of interleukin 2 produced by microbiological synthesis in E. coli has been carried out.
