ANALYSIS OF TRANSGENIC PLANTS USING POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION: THE PAIR OF UNIVERSAL PRIMERS FOR AMPLIFICATION OF 35S PROMOTER SEQUENCE

Summary

    The pair of primers for amplification of the 35S CaMV promoter sequence using polymerase chain reaction have been designed. The primers allow to carry out screening of transgenic plants transformed with any construction containing this promoter. A possibility to screen transgenic plants of several species including N. tabacum, P. satlvum, T. vulgar am, B. oleracea, B. napus has been showed.
