Investigation With Infrared Spectroscopy Structure of Blood Albumin From Healthy Donors and Patients With Chronical Renal Insufficiency
Summary
After IR and CD spectroscopy investigations there were not observed any differences between secondary structures of blood albumins from healthy donors and uremic patients. Some special features of deconvolved IR spectra of albumin from patients with short terms of hemodialysis could be a result of change in microenvironment of part from side chains of aspartic, glutamic acids and lysine in «uremi'c» albumin molecules.
