Obtaining of the Highly Efficient Polymer Support for the Synthesis of the DNA Fragments on the Basis on the Microspheric Silica «Silochrom-2»

 

Summary

 

    New polymer support for the highly efficient oligonucleotide synthesis is proposed. It is based on the microspheric silica «Silochrom-2» with a simple synthetic spacer group between the nucleoside and polymer. On this support a few dozens of oligodeoxyribonucleotides up to 35 bases in length were synthesized successfully.
