Viral Infection Inhibition Effected by 2'—5'-01igoadenylate in the Process of Potato Meristems Regeneration

Summary

    The effect of 2'—5'-oliloadenylates taken at different concentrations on the process of meristems regeneration and the amount of regenerats free of potato viruses X, S, M and F in the culture medium was studied. The preparation concentrations inhibiting viruses reproduction without effecting the regenerates development were cho¬sen. Variety dependence in the process of potato improvement and 2'—S'-oligoadenylates universal antiviral effect were shown.
