Cloning in the laclq of pTTQ plasmids: «Reverse» Colour Reaction

Summary

    The method for cloning Mlul-, Bell-, A pal-, BssHI- and £co7?l/-DNA fragments in the laclq gene of pTTQ plasmids is described. Recombinant clones are se¬lected as coloured in blue colour colonies on plates containing ampicillin and X-gal.
