Cloning of Stromal Precursor Cells From Human Dental Pulp

Summary

    Using the clonal method it has been obtained the colonies of fibroblast-like cells in monolayer culture. The cloning efficiency was 9—15 among 10s nuclear cells. The colonies were heterogenic by value and number of cells.
