Analysis of Asymmetric Somatic Hybrid Genome Organization in Nicotiana

Summary

    Inter- and intraspecific «gamma»-hybrids in Nicctiana were obtained with dose usage 10—1000 Gy. Cytological and molecularbiological analysises of 60 hybrid lines showed, that polyploid «gamma»-hybrids, containing one irradiated donor genome per two, three intact recipient ones, have selective advantages. 75—96 % donor chromosomes didn't preserve in fusion products after treatment with 1000 Qy.
