Investigation of Molecular Bases of Pathologies on a Model of Transgenic Animals

Summary

    Transgenic experiments are discussed that made it possible to model some anomalies of development and different pathologies found in human (cancer, diabetes, hypertension, Dawn's syndrome). Studies on transgenic mice and arts allowed to elucidate some molecular and genetic aspects of the diseases.
