IDENTIFICATION OF THE REGION OF GLUCOCORTICOID-RECEPTOR COMPLEX BINDING IN THE STRUCTURAL PART OF RAT TRYPTOPHAN OXYGENASE GENE

Summary

    Interaction of highly purified glucorticoid-receptor complex (G1GC) with tryptophan oxygenase gene restiriction fragments was studied by means of nitrocellulose filter bin¬ding assay and immunoprecipitation. The region of strong G1RC binding was found in the EcoR I fragment located between 4th and 7th exons.
