USE OF ISOTACHOPHORESIS AT A CONSTANT VOLTAGE FOR DETERMINATION OF MOBILITY
Summary
The simple experimental procedure which permits determining the dependence of electro-phoretic mobility of substances on pH of the solution is described. The absence of experimental data on such dependences considerably delays the progress of electrophoretic methods and their use for analyzing separating biopolymers.
