PHOSPHORYLATION OF 3'-DEOXY-3'-AMINOTHYMIDINE IN THE MOUSE MYELOMA p38Ag653 CELL CULTURE AND ITS INCORPORATION INTO DNA
Summary
The tritium-labelled 3'-deoxy-3'-aminothymidine, an inhibitor of DNA biosynthesis, was shown to penetrate into the mouse myeloma p38Ag653 cell culture. Later on it is phospho-rylated, triphosphorylated and incorporated into DNA, causing the termination of its elongation.
